The short version: Hyper is provided as is, your data is yours, subscriptions are handled by Apple, and you can stop using Hyper at any time.
Hyper is a personal task and planning app for Apple devices, published by David de Souza ("we"). By downloading or using Hyper or this website you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Hyper.
Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the app from the App Store.
Everything you create in Hyper belongs to you. It is stored on your devices and in your iCloud account; we do not operate servers and cannot access it. How data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.
Some features may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are sold and billed by Apple through your Apple ID. The price and period are shown in the app before you subscribe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; you can manage or cancel them in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone. Refunds are handled by Apple.
Launch offers (for example free-for-life or locked-in pricing for early subscribers) apply to the Apple ID that subscribed during the offer and cannot be transferred.
Use Hyper for its intended purpose. Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, resell or interfere with the app, and don't use shared lists to send content that is unlawful or abusive to other people.
When you share a list, the people you invite can see and edit its items. You are responsible for what you share and with whom.
Hyper is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We work hard to keep it reliable, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. Keep your devices backed up.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of Hyper. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
We may update these terms as Hyper evolves. The current version is always at hypertodo.com/terms.html, with the date above. Continuing to use Hyper after a change means you accept the new terms.
